Each line priced FOB Chongqing, a container loading plan (20GP or 40HQ), a dated schedule, and the source of each model. We flag homologation issues for your market before you commit.

Confirm & pay the deposit
Proforma invoice; 30% deposit on first orders (or Trade Assurance escrow). We verify bank details with you on a video call before any transfer.

Collection or production
Stock units are collected within 1–2 weeks. Production runs take 25–35 days. Weekly photo updates from the factories; you can send a third-party inspector any time.

PDI on video, per VIN
Every vehicle: cold start, gears, brakes, lights, torque spot checks, cosmetics — 18 points, filmed and uploaded to a shared folder with the VIN sheet.

Crating, loading, balance
Units crated, spare-parts kit packed, container stuffed with layer-by-layer photos. Balance is paid against the PDI videos and loading report, before departure.

Documents & transit
Invoice, packing list, B/L (telex or original), certificate of origin, per-VIN sheet. Transit 3–7 weeks depending on your lane. Pre-shipment conformity (SABER, PVoC, SONCAP) handled beforehand where required.

Your broker clears with our document set. Uncrating and assembly guide, break-in and maintenance manuals per platform on this site. Transit/assembly defects reported within 14 days are replaced or credited.

Questions dealers ask before the first order
- What is the real minimum order?
- Three units per motorcycle model (two for UTVs), any mix that fills at least half a 20GP. Most first orders are a full 20GP worth US$35,000–70,000 FOB.
- Can I get models from different factories in one container?
- Yes, that is the whole point. Factories require 30+ units of a single model; we consolidate across factories so you don’t have to.
- How do I know the bikes are good before they ship?
- Every unit is PDI-tested and filmed. You receive the video and checklist per VIN before the container seals. Third-party inspection (SGS, BV) is welcome.
- Which markets do you serve?
- Middle East, Latin America, Africa and Southeast Asia. For the US and EU we supply off-road / closed-course models only, as road homologation there is model-specific and expensive.
- Payment terms?
- First orders: 30% deposit, 70% balance against PDI videos and the loading report before departure, or Alibaba Trade Assurance escrow. L/C is negotiable on repeat business. We never ask for 100% upfront on a first order.
- How long from order to departure?
- Stock units: 1–2 weeks to consolidate. Production runs: 25–35 days plus about a week for collection, PDI and loading. Your quote carries a dated schedule.
- Can I order a single sample first?
- Usually yes; several sources quote MOQ 1. Shipping one crated bike LCL is expensive per unit, so many dealers make their first mixed container the sample across several models, 3 units each.
- Are these branded bikes or white-label?
- Standard orders are existing factory models under the factory’s own branding. From 100 units per model we can organize your own brand on decals, nameplate and color box, with the factory’s cooperation.
- Who handles customs at my end?
- Your local customs broker. Every market differs and a local broker clears faster than anyone in China can. We supply the full document set; each country guide lists what your broker will ask for.
- Is there a warranty?
- Transit and assembly-defect claims within 14 days of arrival are replaced or credited, documented against our loading report. Beyond that we run a parts-first support model rather than promising cross-border engine warranties nobody can honor.
