Before you buy

What is the minimum order?
3 units per motorcycle model (2 for UTVs, 4–10 for commuters, e-motos and ATVs depending on the model), mixed freely in one 20GP or 40HQ container. A typical first order is a 20GP with 12–16 bikes plus a parts kit, roughly US$35,000–45,000 FOB.
Are you a factory or a trading company?
A trading and consolidation company based in Chongqing. We buy from several factories and sales companies, inspect every unit, and export one mixed container with one set of documents. We say this plainly because a supplier lying about being a factory is the first red flag on our own vetting checklist.
Which brands can you supply?
We work with tier-2 Chongqing factories building on shared engine platforms (NC450-class 450s, 500 twins, CG-type commuters) and, on allocation, ZXMOTO road models. We do not supply brands that have an exclusive distributor in your country; our value is the models those catalogs leave out.
How accurate are the FOB bands on the site?
They are bands observed in supplier quotations between July and September 2026. Spec (EFI, ABS, colour, crate type) and quantity move a model within the band. Your order is quoted line by line before any deposit.
Can I get a sample unit first?
Yes for most models: single-unit samples ship by LCL or air-crate at a per-unit premium. Many dealers skip the sample and run a small first container instead, since a 3-unit line costs about the same as a sample once freight is included.
Will these bikes be legal on the road in my country?
It depends on your registry, not on us. Chinese factories provide a spec sheet, VIN, engine number and an emissions statement; they do not hold EEC/DOT type approval for most models. Our country pages list the typical documents by market, and we confirm the route for your model before quoting.
Do you sell to individuals?
We sell to dealers, fleets and businesses that can import commercially. Individuals importing one bike are usually better served by a local dealer, and we say so.
Can I visit the factories?
Yes. We are in Chongqing and host dealer visits year-round, and during CIMAMotor (September) we offer free factory-visit hosting. Bring a shortlist and we build the route.
How do you make money?
On a margin over factory price on each line, declared in the quote, plus a margin on parts. There are no hidden agency fees and no charges for quotes, videos or documents.
Do you offer white-label or my own brand?
From around 100 units of one model a factory will apply your decals, nameplate and colour box. Below that, the honest answer is no; you buy the factory’s brand or an unbranded unit.

While you order

What are the payment terms?
First order: 30% deposit on proforma invoice, 70% balance against PDI videos and the loading report, before vessel departure. Trade-assurance escrow is accepted. We never ask for 100% upfront and never change beneficiary details mid-transaction.
How long from deposit to loading?
In-stock units: 2–3 weeks. Built-to-order: 30–45 days for production plus about a week for PDI, crating and consolidation. Then 5–7 days from Chongqing to Shanghai by river or rail before ocean freight.
What is the PDI and can I see it?
An 18-point pre-delivery inspection on every unit: fluids, cold start, gears, brakes, lights, fasteners, cosmetics, VIN match. It is filmed per VIN and uploaded to a shared folder you open before the container is sealed.
Can you ship CIF or DDP instead of FOB?
We quote FOB Shanghai (or Chongqing rail) by default and can add ocean freight to a CIF quote at the current rate. DDP is possible in a few markets through partner brokers, but landed taxes are usually cheaper when your own broker clears.
Which documents will I receive?
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading (telex release or original), certificate of origin in the format your market needs, a per-VIN sheet with engine numbers and PDI links, and the layer-by-layer loading report. Battery products add UN38.3 and MSDS.
How are the bikes packed?
Steel-frame crates with the front wheel, mirrors and handlebar removed where needed, plastics wrapped, fluids drained or low as required by the carrier. Commuters can ship SKD to fit more per container.
Can I mix UTVs and motorcycles in one container?
Yes, that is the core service. A 1000cc UTV takes roughly the space of 4–5 crated bikes; the container estimator shows the fit.
Do you handle the certificate of origin for FTA markets?
Yes. For Chile, Peru and Ecuador we issue the China–partner FTA certificate so you claim the preferential rate; the exporter of record must match the invoice, which we arrange.
What if a unit fails PDI?
It is repaired and re-inspected, or replaced from the factory line. You see both videos. Nothing that fails ships.
Can I change the order after the deposit?
Quantities and colours can usually change until production starts; model swaps depend on factory scheduling. Changes are confirmed in a revised proforma before anything moves.

After delivery

What warranty do I get?
Transit and assembly-defect claims within 14 days of arrival, against our loading report, are replaced free in your next shipment or credited. We do not promise engine rebuild coverage or wear items from China; nobody honest does. The practical warranty is the parts kit in the container and a standing parts account.
How do I file a claim?
WhatsApp or e-mail with the VIN, photos, a short video of the fault and the date. We compare with the PDI and loading footage, answer within 48 hours, and ship approved parts with your next order or by courier.
How do I order spare parts later?
By VIN and engine code, which we keep on file. Send a photo of the part and the VIN; we quote from Chongqing wholesale and consolidate monthly by air or sea.
Do the bikes come with a manual?
Each unit ships with the factory owner’s manual (Chinese/English, quality varies). Our support hub adds platform-level guides for uncrating, break-in, maintenance intervals and troubleshooting in plain English and Spanish.
What tools do I need to uncrate and assemble?
A basic metric socket set, torque wrench, tyre pressure gauge, and a battery charger. Assembly per bike is 30–60 minutes for a technician: front wheel, handlebar, mirrors, battery, fluids, then the destination PDI.
Can you supply parts for bikes I bought elsewhere?
Often yes, when they share a platform we know (NC450-class, 500 twin, CG-type). Send the engine code and a photo; we tell you honestly if we cannot.
Do you provide technical training?
Video calls with the factory technician for first-time dealers, and written platform guides. Visiting dealers get hands-on time at the factory during their trip.
What happens if the container arrives damaged?
Photograph the seal and the load before unpacking, compare with the loading report, notify the carrier’s agent within the bill of lading deadline, and send us everything the same day. Transit insurance (we can add it to a CIF quote) pays for carrier damage; our policy covers packing defects.
Will you help me sell?
We provide spec sheets, high-resolution factory photos where available, and honest positioning notes per market. We do not run marketing for you, but we will tell you which models moved for other dealers in your region.
How do repeat-order terms improve?
A documented price ladder: landed cost drops on the second and fourth container, and payment terms loosen as history builds, including L/C for larger orders.
